1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the HABB STAY platform provided by HABB Global (Pvt) Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or hotel group, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must keep the information in your account accurate and current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Free trial
New customers may use the platform free for 14 days with all features unlocked. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period you may choose a paid plan or cancel. We will ask for confirmation before any charge is applied.
4. Paid plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan prices with reasonable notice; existing charges remain at the agreed rate until the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
- Do not attempt to breach, disable or interfere with the security of the service.
- Do not use the service to store or transmit unlawful or infringing content.
- Do not resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the platform. We use your data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with data protection law in relation to guest data you process.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may schedule maintenance windows and will give notice where reasonably practicable. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue or data.
9. Termination
You may stop using and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful activity or risk to the service. Upon termination, you may export your data and we will delete your personal data in line with our retention schedules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka unless otherwise required by law.
